How to delete messages?

Delete messages/conversations created with the Chat feature:
In the History tab, hover on the conversation and select "Remove" to delete a single conversation.
To delete a single message in the conversation: not yet available.

How to apply my name in response of Chatbot?

Unfortunately, we don't have that automatic function. This feature may collect your data and require space on our server for storage. We recommend you request the chatbot to include your name each time for specific purposes.
