Important Information:
- Normally, it is impossible to purchase the same subscription twice using the same Apple ID for the same subscription option at the same time or before the expiration of the current subscription.
- If you have been charged twice for the same subscription, please provide the receipts of both transactions. Ensure the receipts include:
- App name
- Date of purchase
- Subscription plan
